Those old flat fan belts are a little fun to find. Nothing much uses them anymore so no one carries them. Here is what I did. I came up with a measurement from my old belt and went to the auto parts store and got the closest serpintined belt they had. Put it on and it works fine. I put it on with the grooves running on the pulley. You have to look close to see what it really is. Just running the fan doesn't take much force. I suppose you could flip it over putting the actual flat side of the belt on the pulley but then it would be easier to see the grooves on the outward side of belt. Anyway, there is an idea if you don't find the actual belt.
