I've rebuilt a couple of them and the trick my dad showed me works......support the engine upside down(like on horses)on the head surface....and take your welder on meduim to low heat range ...make 4 passes oppsite of each inside on sleeve.....if they don't drop out a little tap with small hammer and block will do it....this will drop out the most stuborn sleeves there is..!! good luck...
