FARMALL 450D, ENGINE STUCK???

LOOKING AT FARMALL 450D. ENGINE IS STUCK FROM
SITTING IN WEATHER, NO RAIN CAP ON MUFFLER.
TRACTOR HAS PS, HYD REMOTE, FAST HITCH. TIRES
ARE LIKE NEW, GOOD SHEETMETAL. I'VE BEEN TOLD
ENGINE PARTS ARE EXPENSIVE. WHAT IS A FAIR
PRICE TO PAY???
