Super M Knock-Knock-Knock.......I Found It !!!! :)

Thank you Bob M, Les Repair, Jeff, Charlie and The Red! Guys, you won't believe what it was. I still can't understand it. The two center cam followers(for #2 & #3 exaust valves)had worn surfaces on them and were apparently sticking. I replaced all the followers with some extras I had and ABRA CADABRA the knocking was gone! I look at this as both an educational experience and a chance to knock out those dents on the oil pan. :)Thanks again for your suggestions. Ed.
