Steve I would take the plugs out and check them for signs of water, that will tell you somthing about what you will be faced with. If they show no water, I would add some marvel mistery oil to each cyl. let it set for a few days then jack up a rear wheel and try turning it in hi gear, or with the crank. good luck

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
