Part that goes around steering column for Cub

Does anyone know where to get a replacement for the part that comes up from the left hand side of the tractor and makes a loop around the steering column that goes toward the front of the tractor? It's the part that kind of holds the steering wheel and column in place. The part on ours is almost worn through and we need to replace it. Our local case dealer said the part is out of production now.
