How much is a IH 560 deisel worth?

I know of an IH 560 Diesel for sale. The tractor engine is tore down and he says he has all the parts. The engine is stuck and is sitting with diesel on the pistons. What should I offer him for the tractor? I am going under the assumption that I won't get all the parts but the rubber is really good! I need a good work horse for a small farming operation. I have a MM UTS but I would like a little more horse power to pull a bigger plow. Any thoughts! Brian
