I got a used 38 and I believe it is a 13.6 . I bought an H that had this tire on it but the 13.6 part was really not right for an H and I put totally different set of wheels on this tractor. I still have these wheels and the tire is still mounted on the rim with fluid in it. I was always going to take the tire off and sell it and keep the extra rims for the H but you wouldn't be interested in the rims anyway. I believe the tire is more than half tread but I haven't looked at it for awhile. I guess I better take a better look at it. I am in Kansas though and that might be a shipping problem for you.
