If you use a trailer-type brush hog, it will attach to your drawbar - just be sure to use an overrunning clutch with it - and you will not need to purchase anything else. You can find these in used condition for about $300 here in North Alabama and East Tennessee. Or you can add a three point hitch conversion and use conventional attachments. A good three point hitch kit will run you about $600 for the H.
