A water leak

Noticed a water leak on the A last week end. It is seeping around the upper housing at the front of the head. Got some gasket material and wiil repair this week end. Has anyone had a similar problem and should I look out for anything unusual with this repair? Wish I'd seen this 4-5 weeks ago when I replaced the fan assembly.
