Farmall 140 hydrolics

I have a 1960 Farmall 140, and have problems with the hydrolic pump pumping hydrolic fluid back into the block. I have replaced the seal several times but it blows the seal out after only an hour or so of operation. I have had the shaft on the pump built-up recently but that hasn't helped.
IH dealer said there are 3 differant pumps that were put on the 140 but have tried all three differant seals with no remedy to the problem.
HELP!!!
