Dean About your last comment on getting a "coating of carbon" on the plugs. Most likely too rich from choking too much. It takes a sharp ear and eye to tell just how much choke some need. Watch the exhaust on initial start for any black puffs. Thats too much chokeing. Yours may NOT really need full choke untill much colder. People with sharp hearing can tell by exhaust but thats hard to relate by text. Watch exaust. No black smokeing needed. Should be clean exhaust within a few seconds with that kind of compression.(assumed no oil burner) R.
