Dean: If you say your not used to cold weather, learn the proper way to run the carb CHOKE. Too many I see full-choke too much.. A couple turns at full and then half seems to work..but each has its own preferance. You can check starting spark by removing all plugs and reattaching wires with plugcase against engine block; have someone hit starter and watch plugs for nice strong BLUE spark. That's a quick cheap test. You'll love cold weather.. ralph
