The C is a common tractor. You can buy a good running one for $1500. If the engine is stuck tight, it's going to cost you several hundred to get her going. You'll run into other stuff too, so you could easily spend $1500 on it before you get it fixed up. So the value of the stuck C is less than $500. The Red's idea to offer $250 is about right.
