It doesn't have one. At least it didn't when it came from the factory. It used something called a cutout which was usually mounted right on the generator. It would look a lot like a regulator though.
Do you know if your tractor still has the original generator? Is it still 6 volt with a positive ground battery? If not, and if it was converted to a 12 volt system, it may have a modern alternator with the regulator built inside.
