Compression on my 300U is about 130#, so you're down a good bit. Kind of surprising that all your cylinders are low, but reading about the same - are you sure your guage is accurate? Since you're getting good power and no oil consumption, that's my guess.

Carbon showing up on the middle cylinders is pretty normal, and probably has to do with the carb. The (liquid) gas getting squirted into the intake air has a more direct, straight-line path to these cylinders than to #1 and #4, and thus #2 and #3 tend to get a richer mixture and carbon up(at least that's my theory).
