Joe, LHDB is; Low Charge, High Charge, Dim Lights, and Bright Lights. The four position switch is used only with a cut-out and the operator must adjust the amount of battery charge. With the regulator, you simply turn on the lights, Off-Dim-Bright, and the amount of charging is automatic.

Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
