M gearshift boot?

I just got done changing the tranny oil in my MD again, lots of water contamination. This tractor doesn't get used anywhere near enough to wear out the oil. I would like to find a gearshift boot to go over the gearshift since that seems to be where the majority of the condensation gets in. I called all the local transmission shops to see if anybody makes a rubber boot that would fit, but no luck. Any ideas? We all could probably save a lot of $$$$ on tranny oil if we could find something.
