remove the engine take out the crank press out the sleeves and pistons clean out the block sleeves and pistons are around 325 the crank is around 60 to grind 140 foe valve job 38 for gaskets and you will have an engine that will last you for a lifetime dont forget to tell everyone about all the junk in the block
