504 Power steering Help !!

Help, I am purcasing a 504 which is in need of a power steering unit.From what I'm told Shar Lynn Power Steering is stamped on the part. Also #373069r93, model S . 2 other #'s stamped on it are 263 & 109c.The current owner has attempted to obtain a replacement from his local supplier but has been told the part is no longer listed & the ones in the "bone Yard" all have the same problem.Water has gotten in them & froze cracking the housing.
