Well, I broke down and drove the 2 hr one way trip to the dealer I bought my New Holland 479 Haybine from today. I traded out the 3" boar, 8" piston Cylinder for a 4" boar 8" piston cylinder and fellas I tell you! That hefty momma jumps up and down like a pig with fresh slop! that ole 3 in boar couldn't even get her to twitch hardly, but this thicker 4 in boar has her movin and jivin so swift it makes me wonder. I'll probably leave a good thing be and wait until after haying season to pull the belly pump or look for a 2 way valving system. I haven't decided yet on how to go on that but thanks to all of you for your help. And thanks for the lesson on hydraulics it made a lot more sense after that. I am buying the 30 or 40 wt nd oil though and trading that out today. I'm so excited after all her movin today I feel like a teenager with a brand new tractor. I think I'll go cruizin town tonight on my M with my shades on and my "born to be red" shirt ;-).
