What I would do is to turn the cranck over a few times with the advance lever all the way to the left(clutch side) just to get some oil flowing through the system.Dont run her too hard until its had some time to run and get the bugs worked out.I would try to pull it off befroe I tried the hand crank.(Saves those arm muscles if it wont crank!)You maihgt also want to make sure the fuel pump is pumping.
