I'm out of my area here, but I THINK that the F20 motor is essentially the same as the Regular motor. The exhaust is different, it pointed down on Regulars with the muffler, such as it was, below the carb. The F20 exhaust went up outside the hood. Other than that, they're pretty much the same, as far as I know. With the correct motor in it, and all the parts there, straight tin and decent tires, I should think around $1500, perhaps a bit more depending on what part of the country you are in. As I said, I'm out of my area of expertise, you'd want to verify this before banking on it.
