Super H Clutch Won't Disengage Engine

Been busy cleaning up the H with new paint and repairing all the little stuff. Went to start it yesterday and it fired up, but we couldn't disengage the clutch. Adjusted the pedal distance to 1 1/8". Still nothing. Took off the inspection plate to inspect the throwout bearing and pressure plate forks for actuation and they look fine. Still locked up. Why?

Is it time for a new clutch or is there some simple fix? Do I have to break the tractor in half to replace/inspect it, or can I replace it when it is still standing on all fours.

I'm a rockie at this, but I have done work on cars. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
