That seems to be the common problem with the H and Super H. No real fix except to go ahead and tear into it.
It's easier than it could be, if you don't find anything else wrong inside. You will probably have to replace the forth/fifth slider and the pilot bearing, maybe the transmission drive shaft. I just had to do it to my H, there's some of the story at this site.
