Have checked the battery cables and terminals. On some IHC grounding can be problem ,you might have to change our ground . One easy way to check this is with good set of jumper cables ,hook the ground up then poistive up with cables. Check the ground stud or bolt making sure you have good surface for ground .Paint and rust or even the bolt can cause a problem. Battery cables can cause you the same problem ,thats why I, use the jumper cables .
