I forget what the 460 rod looks like, but if its like the 240, with an open clevis at one end of a threaded rod, I've patched together several over the years. Get a hardened bolt with the same threads (find one with as much thread as possible) and figure where to make your cut for welding the two together. Use the broken rod against the broken yoke to figure where to cut and splice, remembering you need enough threads for proper brake adjustment. Taper grind the ends and start welding. I suspect you can still get the bolt from Case/IH. One of the 460 guys on here can help with that info.
