Sounds like the tractor needs a lot of work. Since it has a loader there is also the possibility of steering problems. A lot of them with loaders had steering problems and parts aren't easy to find. Depending on the type of loader, the loader may be worth$400-$600 if its in good shape, good bucket, etc. I'm just guessing but I wouldn't think the tractor is worth more than a few hundred dollars at best. As a reference, a 300U in good shape and a decent loader is worth in the neighborhood of $3000-$4000 depending on location.
