Need Instructions To Start A WD-9.

I have just recently purchased a WD-9 and need detailed instructions on how to start it properly. The guy who owned it hasn't started it for a couple of years and has forgotten how to start it. I have never started one. I would sure appreciate it if someone could give me some instructions on how to start it. I am going to bring it home next Saturday.
