When my Dad bought a new 450 it came with 12 inch rims and 15.5 tires. If you going to replace your rims and tires then you could use 14 in rims and 16.9 tires. This is the set up I have in my 300 Farmall. On my 400 Diesel I have 16 inch rims and 18.4 radials and they work real well. Mathis Equipment in Kairo, Mo can get any size new rim you want. 660 295-4456

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
