Hopefully it is as simple as a plugged breather. If not, other reasons for a presurized crankcase would be excesive piston blowby, a holed or cracked piston, or a bad head gasket such that cylinder pressure is getting to an oil passage. Do a compression test. How does the cub run? any smoke?
