Proper Torque Specs. for Manifold and Head on a Farmall C

I am going to remove the head and placed new rings in my "C", also going to do a valve job on it while I have it off.
I am going to install a new manifold on it as well.
I would like to know if any of you guys know the proper Torque Specs. to set the manifold and head bolts to.
