Will the standard 3" bore head gasket have piston hole sizes big enough for the 3 1/8" bore? The reason I ask is that I know they make a gasket that has bigger bore holes I'm thinking for the Super A. It also has metal on both sides and smaller water holes. Anyone know why they make this gasket different and why not just use the standard head gasket?
