I have tried lots of things to clean tanks, and the best is the radiator shop. Mine charges $25 to soak it in his tank over a weekend. Comes out clean as a whistle. Gas tank sealer should say on the can that it is compatable with alchol fuels, since some gas has alchol in it, and the cheaper sealers will disolve into goo with alchol.
