Like p says, get her good and hot for a good long run and it'll likely go away. It is from condensate that stays in there because the engine never gets hot enough boil it out. If you are getting a lot of blowby due to worn rings, etc, that will contribute to the problem because that puts a lot more water vapor through the crankcase.
