I had heard that Internationl harvester had there own foundries and steel mills. For there own tractors and trucks. It is possible that IH made there own bolts. But if you were hooking up a fan that had IH bolts it would seem unlikely that real International Harvester made/sold bolts for fans, unless those fans were engine fans that bolted right on international engines.
