I'm going to go out on a limb and say not much pressure is needed in your F-30's lubrication system. The only things the oil pump supllies oil to are the connecting rod toughs, the governor/timig gears and the oil filter. The rods, main bearlings and camshaft/cam followers are lubricated solely by splash from the troughs by the dippers on the bottom of the rod caps, and the movement of engine's rotating crankshaft. I'd say 10-15 PSI would be sufficent to supply the needed oil to the troughs and timing gears.
Any 2nd opinions?

The only thing you have to manually do is oil the rocker arm troughs.
