I guess from your reply that the set of letters & numbers: USRC 10-12-R (that were found below the clutch pedal)are not going to be of help for me?

I have gone over this tractor from one end to the other looking for a 3X4 plate and can not find one on it anywhere.

Going to steam clean it tomorrow and then will go over it all again.

I am going to make a list of any and all numbers / letters found and the location where they were found.
