When I pulled the sleeves on my SMTA I made a "slug" out of 1/2 inch steel, round, that would just fit inside the hole in the block, I drilled a hole in the center and used a ready rod through it. I used channel iron on the top and 2 other pieces of ready rod to hold it over the cylinder. not hard or expensivbe to make a usable puller. I don't know if the sleeves on the cub are wet or dry, if wet sleeves they should pull easier than the dry ones I did.
