I USE THE BLUE GASKET MAKER stuff it works great how is your leather and the wall of the cycl I have several of these units they are not vacuum they use the exhaust gas if when you are done with the cycl and it wont hold the load the neoprene washer in the valve assy behind the filter is bad new ones are still avail for 8bucks glad to help these are great units when they are in shape been around them since48 some of the parts are no longer avail and the rest of them are pricey feel free to ask if you have any problems there are a lot of old wives tales about these systems
