3388 2+2

I have a IH 3388 2+2 that blew a return line from the power steering unit. Installed a new hose, filled it with hi-trans,it steered all the way to the left with power asist, then no more power steering. Now I can't get any pwer steering at all. Everything else in that system works(TA,clutch assist& brakes).I have pressure to the steering unit and when I disconnect the hoses from the steering cylinders I have fluid coming out of one or the other hose depending what way I turn the wheel. Still no power assist when it's all hooked up. What am I doing wrong. Thanks, Rick
