560 brakes

Hi all-the right brake on my 560 keeps locking up.
we can back it out of the shed fine.(it doesn't lock up in reverse)-then we put it in forward gear and ya do a 360!!If you back it up,try it again,and again,and again and mess with the pedal a little it will finally unlock.Even though, if you take it down the road a couple miles that brake will heat up real quick!--Any thoughts???
