are these 2 interchangeable?

Rims of a farmall 200 with those of an h? The 200 that I bought has poor tires (11.2 36) and someone else has an farmall h that has pretty decent tires(11.2 38) that he says he can let me swap if I pay him 200.00 Also he said I can keep the weights off the 11.2 36's if i wanted to. Will these also fit the 38 rims? Before I go to removing anything can anyone tell me if they are compatible and if there will be too much of an increase of height ratio? Thanks
