Kevin, if the TA will not go into low side, the TA clutch may have stuck. This would make sense especially if it has been sitting for a while. First make sure that the linkage is adjusted so it's being pulled far enough to release, but it most likely is if the TA was working when you parked it. The next step would be to take the sheetmetal cover plate off the top of the clutch housing (I think a 300 has one, I know a 340 does) and see if you can free it up through the opening. If that doesn't work, it's time to split the tractor.
