300 and 350 same heads?

I was told that I could put a 300 head, manifolds & carb on my “H” (to get more HP). I was wondering if this is also true about the 350 heads, manifolds, and carb. as they appear to be the same as the 300’s. If so, I’m looking for a head, manifold and carb from either a 300 or 350.
