H radiator removal.........those @#%#* bottom nuts!

Got the top of the radiator all free to remove, but now I am at the bottom. It seems that one of the nuts on the bottom have cross threaded and I am at my wits end. I have almost got it, but the edges of the nut are almost gone and I am afraid I am going to be in big trouble! Question.....Are these nuts accessible if you remove the frame rails. I can't tell by feeling in there, but thought it was a possibility. Thanks for any input.
