I would offer no more than a $1000. I bought my 400D for $2000 last spring. It had a new clutch and T/A the year before I bought it. The fuel pump was re-built also. The paint is faded and it has a couple of minor oil leaks but other than that the sheet metal is straight and the rear tires are about 50%. The fronts needed to be replaced. It had a new cast center and loaded tires. Hope you get the tractor and enjoy it. I love the sound and the pillar of black smoke when under a good load. I'm told that it will pull 4-14's but I have 3-16's and feel that that is plenty. Good luck.
