I'm gonna pay 'em the $9.95 and keep on going. I have a ton of photos on their site and don't feel like moving them. Their fee will be very modest in my opinion, and I admit that I have just been using them up to this point. If I would choose to move the pics to another free site, what's to say that they won't initiate a charge, or disappear?
