A turbo will help power a lot you'll be fine too. We a have 756 german diesel 310 c.i. with a M&W turbo with about 95 hp we use everday to grind feed it has a pyrometer, it runs 900 to 1200 degrees working full throttle real hard, don't take it over that for more than a few minutes and you'll be fine the tractor has over 10,000 hours on it too, turbos been on for over 6,000 h's. We have a 706 german diesel with 10,068 hours we are going to put a turbo on sometime and we have a 560 with a turbo too. Put it on and watch temperture.
