JD Plow on Photo Ad - Work on H?

Wondering if the plow for sale in the photo ads would work on my H? H has lift all and drawbar.
Curious, Thanks - Jim 1952 JD NO. 44 2x14 Hydraulic Plow.
One owner plow with original rubber. Always shedded. Shares and molboards in good condition. All it needs is a paint job. $250.
